OUR MISSION
We, the community of St. Mary Magdalene, are a diverse people of faith, committed to serve the Lord and one another through worship, faith, formation, and outreach to the community. By doing this, we strive to be a sign of Christ’s presence in the world by being his hands and feet, face and voice.
MEET Fr. RODNEY ADAMS
Fr. Rodney has been a priest for twenty five years. His most recent assignment before being made pastor of St. Mary Magdalene was as Associate Pastor at St. Patrick’s in Elkhorn. Fr. Rodney grew up here in Omaha with four sisters and a brother. He went to high school at Roncalli and then went on to the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul MN. He went to seminary at St. Paul seminary also in St. Paul. Shortly after ordination Fr. went to be the Campus Ministry chaplain at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul MN. From there he went for doctoral studies at St. Louis University. Since then he has served at several parishes in the archdiocese.
